1. Inspection

Our carpet cleaner will inspect your carpet and assess its type and current state. Only then, the most appropriate power and temperature machine settings will be selected.

2. Pre-hoovering

The carpeted flooring will then be hoovered up to remove the dust and debris. If some dirt particles do remain, they will later be dissolved by the actual steam cleaning process.

3. Pre-treatment

Afterwards, we pre-treat the carpet with a special cleaning agent. This cleaning solution allows us to achieve the best possible results in terms of stain removal. It generally takes a bit of time for it to fully sink into the carpet fibres. During this time, water is poured into the machine.

4. Steam Cleaning

Once the water heats up, it's injected deep into the carpet fibres. The dirty water, along with all the soil, is then extracted, with only a minimal amount of moisture remaining on the carpet's surface.

5. Stain Removal

In order to achieve the best condition possible, we give special attention to stubborn stains.

6. Scotchgard

At this point, assuming it has been requested by the customer, Stain Protection spray is applied. This eco-friendly product by ProChem remains onto the carpet for roughly a year and helps prevent future staining. It also strengthens the carpet fibres, prolonging the carpet's service life greatly!
